GMAT is right at average for M7, so if you can get a slight bump that will help - but you are admissible with 675, so not a deal breaker. 
International experience/exposure are especially important for LBS/INSEAD and CBS - so leverage any clients/teams/vendors you’ve worked with or bonus points for travels (personal/professional) outside home country.

Hi - you have a strong track record and with 15 years post grad you may want to consider IIM PGPX, EPGP, MBAEx... not sure their stance on previous MBAs. 
Would MsFin be a better route or CFA? depending on your goals?
For 20 month break, you’ll need to speak to what you’ve been doing during this time

1-2 more years of work can give you more exposure and increase your leadership and number of promotions or accomplishments

Senior Product Manager: Developing SaaS platform for Social Insights and Video Intelligence
Career: 
5 Years experience in Product Management in Startups(Social Listening and Insights Domain) 
Majorly did the following
- Managing Overseas Client Deliveries
- Planning and Executing Product Roadmap
- Building SaaS based products and features
Education:
Dual Degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) in Mining Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology
(I am not sure if internships matter but: I interned in Underground mines, Open surface Mines and at a Mining Consulting firm > Then I interned in Business Analytics and my journey to Product management started)

My reason for MBA: 
- In short term want to move to executives Product Roles/ if possible also switch to consumer product ecosystems to understand the market better.
- Long term goal is to setup entrepreneurial venture in Retail business

Not sure what your career goals are, but there are several full-time senior MBA programs - Foster GEMBA, Stanford MSx. MIT Sloan Fellows, USC IBEAR, Nanyang Fellows, RSM - these are all programs focused on mid career candidates. Some do not require GMAT, a few accept Executive Assessment, a few GMAT

Great profile with impact. Scholarship is a big plus. With 655+ you can be a top candidate at any of the French schools, can consider LBS, LSE, Oxford/Cambridge as well.

Very interesting background - prior Sr PM experience is quite helpful to pitch exec PM roles with transition to consumer - all these companies will value your tech background, international exposure and level of impact. 
With 675+ - you can look at Kellogg, NYU, Columbia, HEC, INSEAD...
Improvements - community involvement/hobbies - share these as well - these will help connect with the school on a lighter point.

The programs I mentioned above will have some Finance courses, but not a specialization. There are part-time MS Finance programs or LBS has an experienced MS Fin program too.
