SH is a startup charity in Australia which uses a crowdsourcing interface to help donors provide assistance directly to individuals in need of financial backing in order to cope with any of a variety of problems.
Each person applying for help can put a listing on the website for free, describing the nature of his/her problem, the financial circumstances, and so forth. There is an application process in which the SH employees confirm the truth of the claim. Once the listing is publicly available, donors can then browse the listings and donate to any of the applicants in increments of $10. Donors also have the option to sponsor a listing, wherein they are listed as sponsors in return for a promise to match donations, gaining positive advertising.
SH also partners with service providers, such as doctors, lenders, and so forth. Together, they work to ensure that people can afford the services they need without hardship.
SH earns its money through a 5% commission on each transaction, including donations made to the "charity giveaway" in which each $10 donation to "the pot" lets someone vote for a charity registered with the site. Once the pot reaches $1,000, the charity with the most votes gets the entire amount.

My confusion is why is answer A and not E? For A - the firm is already working with providers so cant this get eliminated?

How is the answer of 3 is 112.5 million? It is given that potential donor are 450 million then 50% are between 15-34 means 225million user * $10 (min deno) which according to me is 2250 million or 2.25 billion
