Hi there!
One of my recommendation writer is a Fuqua grad and worked with me during a pro bono consulting project. She was kind enough to share the recommendation letter she submitted to Fuqua as an alumnus with me afterwards. The way she wrote about the work we did is great!
I was wondering if it would be good to share that letter with my actual manager who is writing my main recommendations for all other schools? My manager will be writing about completely different stories from our professional association but I wanted to share an example of what good looked like in terms of qualities to highlight that bschools care about, level of exuberance etc . Is that a good idea?

I think that is fine, depending upon the content/your judgment of the situation etc. In general it's not uncommon to share an example and/or tips for the letter so sounds like this is one way of doing so. We also have a Recommendations guide available for purchase that has some great examples some share with their recommenders, just in case interested, at https://mbamission.com/guides/?category=admissions.
