There are so many fewer spots at these schools, especially schools like Sloan, GSB, and Haas, that they turn away tons of qualified people. There is no earning your way in because it is subjective. I am sure you are qualified, but that doesn't mean anything. You are good enough to get into e "lottery" for sure. Just hope you don't give your reader any reason to dislike you on that day...

Unless you enjoy living life with regret, of course you should apply. You are well within striking distance. You seem to be aware (since you are asking the question in the first place) that you are in a competitive category of male Indians with strong stats. Being aware of that, make sure you the essay(s) count. I found MIT's essay to be the most difficult of all the essays I wrote out of all of the applications I submitted. I was rejected but hey, I tried. I have zero regrets or thoughts of "what if?".
You should most certainly apply. You will be in the consideration set for the school given your stats but like all candidates to a school as good as Sloan you will have to look for ways to stand out particularly coming from your very crowded applicant pool. Create the past application you can and give it a shot!
