Is retaking the GMAT or switching to a different test an option? It may be worth delaying your application to take time to improve that part of your profile.
You can request a waiver, and schools may grant them, but they'll still be looking for other strong evidence of academic potential in your application, and your low GPA worries me.
I am hoping to get into a T30 business school and I am wondering whether I should submit my GMAT score or request for a Test Waiver.
