Gmatclub has all the official questions ever made. You don't need to buy the OG IMO.

If you are comfortable practicing from the forum then why spend. Plus, on this forum you would also find the official explanations along with other best solutions for a lot of the OG questions.

Hi, I am currently trying to figure out if it would make sense to buy a new OG set or just rely on the GMAT club for the same? Also, if you are someone who is recommending to buy, can you let me know where i can get it at the cheapest price (i am from India)?

It depends on you

if you feel OK to practice the questions on internet, they all are available here with extra advantage of timer, but if you don't feel OK at internet then you should buy the Hardcover book. Ultimate goal is your prep, do what you think is perfect for you.

Happy Prep. :)

Finally, it is your decision but a few points which you should consider:-

1) The OG bundle should not cost you more than Rs. 2,500/-. Considering you are investing Rs 18,000/- on the GMAT exam itself, Rs 2,500/- is less than 15% of the exam fee.
2) The point is OG questions are like a goldmine. There is no match to the pool of official questions. Having a book handly will help you make notes and you may find this beneficial when you will revise.
3) The books come with codes to online access. Below each question, you will find the official explanation.

You will find the official questions on GMATCLUB as well but as I said at the beginning, it's your decision. Since the cost is less relative to the total investment in GMAT you may like to evaluate the costs and benefits yourself.
