Hi..I have 13 years of job experience into mid management data analytics role with decent job...I am looking forward to understand what value can mba create for me, what can i learn from it and if i must go for it...which one is a real game changer... executive or full time

It all depends on what you want from an MBA rather than what it can give you.
A full time two year MBA can help you change role, industry or both. An executive MBA will propel you further on the career trajectory you are already on.
MBA are generally designed to give you a well rounded management perspective. They help you get financial, marketing, operational perspectives to your decision making. They will help you enhance and in cases upgrade your knowledge base.
If you get your MBA from the right places all the above perks come with a very good pay bump.
SO you have to decide what you want and accordingly let chose they type of MBA and watch it take shape.

What are your post-MBA goals? if you want to shift your career domain, then Full-Time will help you. or if you want to continue in the same domain executive MBA would be a better option.
