The others have said it well. 630 to 700 is manageable in 1.5 months, but it depends on hard work and dedication--though the Kaplan course will help you along the way, it's not like plugging into the matrix and suddenly knowing Kung Fu!

However, I will point out one thing--you don't need to decide now. You can reschedule your GMAT test for a nominal fee as long as you give at least 7 days notice. To students in your situation, my normal advice is to study, then take another practice test 8 days before the real thing, and use that to decide whether to reschedule!
