Hi Ankur9,

Most SCs are built around 2-4 grammar/idiom rules; the good news is that you usually don't need to know all of the rules to get the question correct. In this way, the GMAT doesn't require that you know every little nitpick grammar rule in the English language. You DO have to be clear on the major rules though (verbs, parallelism, pronouns, etc.). So when dealing with an SC, you need to seek out the 2-4 rules involved and deal with the easiest ones first. Some Test Takers are great as spotting the 'issues' when they read the original sentence, but I use the answer choices to my advantage - you can usually spot the issues within a couple of seconds of scanning the answers. A bit more emphasis in this area might help you to more easily answer your SCs correctly.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
