total school= M+f

from a obviously not suff

from b

obviously insuff too

both

0.25(m+f) = 0.33m+0.2f

0.25m+0.25f = 0.33m+0.2f

0.08m = 0.05 f

f = 0.08/0.05m

M/(M+F) = m/m+(0.08/0.05)m....suff

C

I don't get the last step alone.
