Agree, happened to me in math section... Found 3 questions on GMAT PREP that I've seen here... I would go as far as banning the GMAT PREP questions...

No, banning would be a bad idea. This is a forum for users to discuss their doubts and get them answered by fellow users or experts. At the same time, it's unfair to other users who might see a question posted without source and find out the answer and answer it by memory on a test, only to get an unrealistic score.

I am talking to bb about making source tagging compulsory. We'll see.

There may be case in which the The guy doesnt know the OA,yet he wishes to have the explanation. But,the source is something that the guy will always know, whether he found it in MGMAt,Gmatprep,Gmatclub test, knewton, kaplan. Some people find ( "orphan" questions / without the source ) on a similar forum such as BTG and when he is not convinced with the answer , he posts it on another forum such as gmatclub and vice versa. There are bound to be loopholes but the idea is undoubtedly good.

Thank you SO MUCH for bringing this up! I got so frustrated after just a few questions (which I realised were from MGMAT tests, etc) that now I ONLY go to a question if it's source is tagged. I'd been wondering if I should ask you guys to make it compulsary to tag, but wasn't sure how people would react to the suggestion.

I'm SO GLAD you bought it up!
GMATClub....PLEASE MAKE THIS COMPULSARY! Our lives will be SO much easier!

Hi whiplash and all clubbers.

Thank you whiplash for starting out this thread and making it sticky.

Although I have started the similar thread tagging-questions-102752.html, it's importance could not be neglected.

So please, always tag your questions nad provide their source.
