Admissions are on rolling basis and not merit based- it means they will share the offers as and when they evaluate the profiles

So does this mean that now they are only evaluating the applications that came in last phase and the previous phase offers are already sent and there will be no more offers for phase-1/phase-2 applicants?

For third-phase candidates, the offer process is scheduled to begin from 15th October onwards, as mentioned on the official website.
