Yes - I received a wavier from Darden with a lower undergrad GPA (3.2) than the average GPA of the class of 2020 (3.5). I focused on the quantitative work in my first five years of work (Audit/Deal Advisory at a Big 4 firm) and mentioned that I am a CPA. I am constantly on new deals and critically thinking through massive data sets which i skinny down and make decisions off of.

So i would suggest speaking to quantitative experiences, but in a poetic manner. The top schools that are offering waiver applications (NYU/Cornell/Michigan/Virgina) all have different word maximums (i.e. 100 words, 300 words, etc.) so you will need to engineer your statement accordingly.

Every school has its own criteria for the English language test requirement. If your education is in English medium of instruction, you should be able to waive off IELTS/TOEFL but you should check school's websites :)

Does it make sense to explain in the optional essay why you are applying with a waiver OR the fact that I got a waiver is enough explanation?

You can check their website for MBA program. Whether they offer conditional offer for mba program.

I guess Top Masters in Management schools in US is limited to Duke and Michigan Ross, you can ask schools or search on their websites for this information.

If is looking for others. Can’t exactly help. The number of schools present in US is huge to put down in numbers.
