Hi
I'm so glad to bump into this thread at the GMAT club, I had zero hopes of getting any search results when I typer "GMAT Strategy for SAHM".
I'm curious to know where are you guys now, did MBA work for you the way you anticipated.
A little brief about myself, I'm an Electrical Engineer by Qualification. And carry a 7 years work experience with me in the core field with an Oil & Gas company in India. In 2014, I decided to take a temporary break so that I could take care of my baby. While on break I started a Home bakery as well as worked as a Holiday expert. In 2016 I had my second baby, and we moved to a different city, hence closing my bakery. I started working with a few startups at that time, helping them with Digital marketing, SEO, content writing and brand promotion. Now my husband is doing his MBA and we have moved to Europe. I, too target to write my MBA by June for the 2020 intake.
I could really use some help, advice or insights.
In my last mock, earlier this week, I scored 49(Q), 29(V), 5(IR) - 640 overall.
I started my GMAT prep in the last week of January and was going steady so far. All of a sudden it seems to have stalled due to many factors around me. What should be my target score?
Also, I'm not able to zero in the places I should be applying. Post-MBA I would want to go in either Marketing or HR Consultancy.
Would love to hear all the suggestions
