Hi mmallison,
Your Official Score and recent CAT scores are all 'clustered' in the high 600s, so you could very easily score in the 700s if you can make the necessary adjustments to how you "see" (and respond to) the GMAT. Given the Scaled Scores on your Official GMAT, you likely have a greater opportunity to pick up the missing points you're looking for in the Quant section.
To that end, with a Q42 you're performing well on the more straight-forward math prompts, but you're missing out on a lot of strategy points and DS questions. Test Takers who focus on a 'book-heavy' study approach often get stuck at a particular scoring level, and that is likely what has happened in your case.
These issues can be dealt with as a group, but you'll have to shift your practice to focus more on tactics, pattern-matching, etc. You would likely benefit a great deal form the EMPOWERgmat Quant Score Booster - many of our Clients can complete that Study Plan in under a month, so you could work through it and easily make your planned June retest date.
If you have any additional questions, then you can feel free to contact me directly.
