Hi,
I tried to find tips around Idioms in the forum, but couldn't come across any. If the topic is aready discussed, please direct me towards the same.
I am a non-native English speaker. Thankfully, SC is one of my strengths in GMAT but I always struggle with Idioms. I am always able to solve 700-level SC official questions with 90% accuracy but Idioms always disappoint me. I don't prefer rote learning them as I am very bad in memorizing. I don't have any strategy as well around the subject. I doubt if there is any strategy.
I need help on how to go with it. Please note that I am able to do easy Idiom questions but not 650 & 700 level ones. I have also gone through Manhattan SC strategy guide for the same but of course I am very bad in memorizing.
Please help.

Hi amritakeswani,
You're clearly interested in some specific sub-set of SC, but it's possible that there are other, larger-point areas that you need to work on. The last time we discussed your studies was back in mid-March - and you were planning to take the GMAT in May.
1) Did you end up taking it (and if so, then how did you score - including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores?)?
2) What study materials have you used over the course of all of your studies?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
