I understand that feeling of being stuck, especially with the pressure of a looming deadline. But don't worry, one month is still a good chunk of time to make a significant difference in your score. Here are some steps you can take:

Identify Your Weaknesses: Analyze your previous test results to identify which sections need the most improvement. This will help you prioritize your study time more effectively.

Hire a GMAT Tutor: A tutor can provide personalized guidance and strategies to tackle your weak areas. Tutors from Prep For Success, for instance, are well-versed in helping students improve their GMAT scores. They can offer personalized strategies and techniques that are tailored to your learning style and needs.

Practice, Practice, Practice: Use official GMAT practice questions and full-length tests to measure your progress. Be sure to review each question thoroughly, especially those you got wrong, to understand your mistakes and avoid them in the future.

Stay Positive and Focused: Maintaining a positive mindset is key. Remember that it's not about how much time you have, but how effectively you use it.

Manage Your Time: With only a month left, it's critical to manage your time wisely. A tutor can help you create an effective study plan to maximize your remaining preparation time.

Remember, the GMAT is a challenging exam and it's normal to feel a bit overwhelmed. However, with focused effort and the right guidance, you can definitely improve your score. Stay positive, work hard and best of luck with your preparation!

To improve your Quant score, you can master one Quant topic at a time in the following way:

- First, review the concepts and strategies a topic involves.

- Then, do practice questions involving that topic UNTIMED until you're achieving high accuracy.

- Finally, work on reducing the time per question until you're correctly answering questions involving that topic at test pace.

Then, move on to the next topic and do the same thing.

For a comprehensive discussion of how to increase your Verbal score, see this post.

Thanks everyone for the comments! Looking at the ESR was very helpful - apparently my CR is trash LOL.

After all the research, the plan will be to give TTP a shot for Quant and use the powerscore CR bible for my trash CR. The focus will be on learning concepts untimed, rather than just spamming OG practice questions.

Hope it works! will keep everyone posted!

Happy New year!

All the best with the prep. If you find CR assumptions questions slippery, the negation technique may be helpful to learn. In case time management is an issue, using question/time markers could be useful as well.
