Hi,
Felt bored to be in IT so decided to try an interview which required a GMAT score of 700. So took up GMAT OG and some princeton books nd prepared for around 2 months spending around 40 hours.
Then booked GMAT and took a month leave and started to prepare and take practice tests.. in both of my GMAT prep tests scored above 650 and on test day i was doing well till QUANTS decently.. Then everything went downhill in verbal.. i could muster only 540..
Never before in my practice tests i got less than 30 in verbal but ended up with 20
:(.. Please any sort of help i wud gladly accept it .. Can any one get in touch with me and direct me to get more than 650+ plzz guyzz am desperate to come out of this IT job am doing now help me fellows..

There's tons of material here on gmatclub which can help you prepare for your GMAT (it did for me)... You can also post your doubts and queries in the appropriate forums if and when you have any and someone or the other is bound to help you out on the same.. It would help though if you could be more secific on which areas you want help with...

Sorry to hear that.
When you study OG, are you looking at how others are answering these questions so you can learn and compare? https://www.gmatpill.com/official-guide.
If your real exam performance is differing from your practice - be sure to take the advice points here: https://www.gmatpill.com/about/studying- ... trategies/
Try to mentally visualize and prepare your mind before each question during practice - as if you are sitting in for the real thing. This will help you psychological cope with anxiety during the test.
