Can someone please explain how option B is incorrect?

My understanding from option B:
If FEW people choose the foods that are nutritious, then it strengthens my belief that experts would have more success in encouraging people to eat foods that are more flavorful.

In option E:
The results of the study also increase my belief that health experts would have more success in encouraging people to eat wholesome foods if they emphasized how flavorful those foods truly are rather than how nutritious they are.
(B) basically repeats what the passage says, that people most people care much more about flavor than nutrition. So, it does not strengthen the argument, because it does not add to what has already been stated.
