I'm a Swedish student, currently with a Bachelor degree in Strategic Management, pursuing my master studies this fall. The master program is called Technology Management, and have the reputation for being among the top-two programmes in Sweden for students seeking a career in Management consulting.
To be honest, my grades are pretty poor but I have a lot of work experience and I've attended a couple of start-up, which of i founded one all by my self. This was also the reason that I got admitted to the master program earlier mentioned.
The program is approached by the big three consulting-firmst, but I'm wondering if it would be worth it to study during the summer and try to get a good grade at the GMAT, to increase my chances to get an interview.

A high GMAT score can boost your resume, provided the firms you're applying to are familiar with and value the GMAT. If that's the case, I'd say it would increase your chances of getting an interview. In my experience, though, lots of consulting firms have certain criteria like a minimum GPA. If possible, I would work on improving your grades.
