Hi guys,
I was waitlisted by Owen's MSF program. I was advised to submit a GMAT score among other things to help my case (I was approved a waiver). I sat for the GMAT today and got 670 (46Q 36V). Would I be better off not showing them this score? Their class of 2021's average GMAT is 686, this year they don't show it. For more context, I have a 4.0 GPA, which is higher than their average class GPA of 3.67. Would the low GMAT make them question the rigor of my academic program?
Thank you
Hey khoiho611,
Hey, 670 is a pretty decent score and is well in the average and will not lead you to rejection.
If the university asked for your GMAT scores, you should present them.
Also, highlight why you would be an ideal candidate for their program, talk about your projects and skills and what significant things you have done since you first applied.
You need to emphasise that you are a good candidate.
Don’t worry about your GMAT. Your chances for an admit are high.
