hi! I took both the GMAT 650 (Q 42 V37 )and the GRE 319 (Q 160 V157). Which should I submit to top US B schools knowing that my background isn't quant heavy (GPA is 3.8 from top 3 school in the UK)?
Thanks!
kmt94Did you check the GRE to GMAT converter tool that some of the schools use? It is in the following link. Your GRE score converts to a GMAT 610 (Q 37 V 36). Check for the percentile scores as well. It looks like your GMAT is better compared to your GRE. How about a retake?
https://www.ets.org/gre/institutions/ad ... t06_180820If GMAT looks better than GRE, definitely submit GMAT.
Also, I have read many disturbing reports that people are taking advantage of GRE home edition to get higher scores (easily 325+ and sometimes almost perfect score) through various cheating schemes. From the posted screenshots or camera stills, I totally believe that they pulled it off. It is very unfair to honest test takers. GMAT, on the other hand, does not seem to suffer too much from rampant cheating partly because of its adaptive nature, I guess. So, it might be another reason to submit your GMAT score.
