Hi all, I am deciding between submitting two of my GMAT scores or just one and would really appreciate some input. (For clarity, both scores are "cancelled" right now, and I am considering reinstating just one or both of them.)
My first score was a 43Q, 46V, 5IR for an overall 720.
My second score was a 48Q, 44V, and 3IR for an overall 740.
Right now, I am leaning towards submitting both scores. I would like to show that the 3IR on my second exam was an aberration, and I think it would be nice to show that a 46V is within my range of outcomes. Obviously, the concern in sharing the first score would be in sharing the 43Q, but I am hoping that schools may look positively on the improvement to a 48Q and glean from it the hard work I put in to raise my score.
Of course, I could show only my second score. The benefit of doing so would be to anchor school's perception of me to the higher overall score.
So, do you think I would be better-off submitting both scores or just the second? Let me know what you think, and thank in advance!
