THe difference is between Patience Vs patient

Patient = A person who requires medical care

Patience = tolerance of delay

Hence answer will definitely be (B)

Only B is logically corrects, others distort the meaning.

Because it is countries, it should not read requires.

The sentence should be, Successful mediation between two countries require...

Requires is the verb and successful mediation is the subject not countries. Between is a preposition ! So the sentence is fine as it is !
