I have 12 years work experience in Mechanical engineering design. How would someone suggest me to go for GMAT for my career upliftment. And what is the suggested MBA program. Having more than 10 years will hinder to join any Business schools.

You ask a rather broad question - but you have to properly define what YOU want from an MBA before anyone will be able to help you to answer that broad question. In simple terms, what type of degree are you interested in and why do you want that degree (re: how will you use it to advance your career)? Once you answer those questions, you can put together a list of the Schools that offer the type of degree that you want - and then you can figure out how to best apply to those Schools.
