1. GPA 3.6 from a Chinese University
2. Majored in English, but worked in Microsoft(FTE) as a Support Engieer for 3 years.
3. GMAT 700 with max attempts.
I'm considering applying the following schools:
1. BU
2. CMU
3. Washington University(Foster)
4. Wisconsin-Madison
What are my chances to get into one of the schools above?

You should be fine as long as your goals are well connected with what you did at Microsoft. I mean- if you are keen on getting in to technology products for marketing related positions, Foster, and CMU are good. Also, you should apply to Anderson, UC Davis as well.
Foster and BU are very different schools. I recommended UCLA and DAVIS considering your inclination to Foster/CMU and your past at Microsoft.
