Do schools see the Super score?
I got 660 Q:49/ V:32. and
690 Q:45/ V38
If I submit both scores, will they super- score it as Q:49 and V:38 ?

Hi dhineshtnm.
Business schools generally do not superscore your GMAT scores. So, your GMAT score as far as schools are concerned is 660 or 690, rather than the 710 you'd have if they superscored.
However, at least Wharton has said that, as you can imagine, they do notice applicants' higher scores on the sections and will in some cases take them into account.
I suspect other schools do the same.
Business schools generally do not superscore your GMAT scores. So, your GMAT score as far as schools are concerned is 660 or 690, rather than the 710 you'd have if they superscored.

Most Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once, but they only consider one Score - often the highest (and not a 'mix' of the best pieces of your various Scores) - when assessing the strength of your overall profile.
If you'd like to know more about how any individual Programs view this issue, then you might consider reaching out to them directly to ask (the Admissions Department at each School would probably be happy to answer any questions that you might have). For any broader application questions, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement (and the more time that you have to act on that advice, the better). Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) On what dates did you take your 2 Official GMATs? Are you planning to take the GMAT again?
2) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used over the course of ALL of your studies? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your overall goal score?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
If you took either of your Official GMATs at a Test Center, then you might also choose to purchase the Enhanced Score Report. While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what went wrong on Test Day (and what you should work on to score higher). If you purchase the ESR, then I'll be happy to analyze it for you.
