My pleasure.

It will take time to internalise this habit.

What was your Quant/Verbal score?
Source of the test ?
tempsamarth
Hello Everyone,

I have been preparing for GMAT for more than a year (on and off). My score has hit the plateau 640 level, and I am unable to move past it.

Recently I restarted my verbal preparation from Critical Reasoning. I am witnessing that I am able to solve hard questions, when I am given ample time and I know it is a hard one.

When I see a question, the psychology is to assess the difficulty and if it a hard one then on that basis choose the answer options.

Please advise.

Staphyk I took GMAT Prep test. I also tried Veritas and Manhattan and they were also in the same range. I, once, touched 610 on Veritas but not lower than that.

Hi tempsamarth,

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
