Hi everyone!
I took the GMAT online on Monday, 17th May. I had some technical issues and had to restart the onVUE app/my computer a few times but I was able to finish the whole exam.
However, I received an e-mail on the 18th May that a case was openened:
"We have been informed that you were
unable to complete your examination on 17 May 2021 due to technical issues. At this time, we are providing the following voucher to schedule a new exam at no additional charge."
I received another e-mail on the 19th that my score is now available, so I went on my mba account to check.
The status for my exam is now "Score Reportable" and I can view the score.
So basically,
Monday:
took and finished GMAT online exam
Tuesday:
received e-mail stating that since I couldn't finish exam due to technical issues, I could schedule new exam with voucher
Wednesday:
received another e-mail informing me that official score is available
Now I am wondering whether I can use this score that is shown in my account (as in, is it a valid score?) for my applications, or have to use the voucher for another GMAT online appointment?
Maybe someone has encountered the same situation and can share their experience with me.
