Has anyone ever faced this kind of weird issue while taking the test?
Now I am little confused what date should I take if everything goes well to reschedule my exam. ( Should I take it sooner or take this opportunity to work on my weak areas and improve my score)

thanks in advance for any suggestions and for sharing similar experience
That's just bad luck. If you decide to take the exam again at a new center, try to pick a Pearson Professional, as those centers are generally better.

If you decide to take the exam again at the same center, you will at least know what the center looks like, which is a good thing.

Thanks you all for your suggestions and keeping me motivated through this.
I was scoring 50-60 points below my target score and planning to work on my weak areas. I was loosing some points because of not paying well attention to the markers and getting trapped in wrong answers. I don't want to loose the momentum though. 10-12 days will give me enough time to rehearsal.

Hi People,

I was scheduled to do my GMAT on 2nd August 2021. However, at the exam room, the Admin was unable to log me in. The system could not 'accept' me in and it kept asking for a password which admin entered like 15 times without success (though, the colleagues I were with managed to do the exam- we were starting at the same time). She tried to reach Pearson for like 2 hrs and when she finally managed to get them, they said there was an error with my exam file. She lodged a case and I was given a case number and their contact so that we re-schedule the exam. They wrote me an e-mail asking for some specific details with a promise to assist in re-scheduling. I gave them. Its now 3 weeks. I have not heard from them. Is it advisable I get some money I pay and re-schedule the exam and follow with refund later? I was prepared for the exam and I don't want the month of September to lapse without attempting. I feel I will suffer attrition. Has anyone ever experienced such?

I faced an issue during my exam . I emailed GMAC couple of times, but the process was slow. I lost almost a month as I was waiting for a solution from GMAC. Somebody ,from the GmatClub, suggested me to call them. After talking with the customer care team, I have got a solution. You will get a prompt response if you call them. If the authority of Asia Pacific region don't respond , just give a call to the authority of Middle Eastern region. I hope, you will get a satisfied answer within an hour .

Hi Horare,

I agree with Ranasaymon. Try to call Pearson up. And if you still don't receive a response, it may be a good idea to go ahead and schedule another appointment.

Did you end up contacting anyone at Pearson or GMAC?
