Thank you for the replies.
I will definitely not lose "steam" yet... I still have quite a bit to studying ahead of me because I am not where I want to be yet, but I am feeling good about it. :-D

I have prepared myself mentally that this may not be the last time I am taking the GMAT, but that's okay too. I just feel like I need the REAL experience.

Yes, my goal is a minimum of 660. I scored a 590 on my last mock which was an official version that came with the prep software. I know it's still quite a bit away from my goal score but like I said it is the highest I have ever scored on any practice test and even higher than what I scored on the one and only GMAT I took 3 years ago.
I have taken a few practice tests and went from a low of 450 to 590 in 2 months. I think that's quite an improvement.
I have also been solving a lot more practice questions correctly, however, I am a little bit surprised that only my quant score improved and my verbal is still the same like I haven't learned a single thing in verbal. :(

I was worried more about my math skills in the beginning than my language skills but right now it looks like I am at the same level in both areas.

I had a Q40 and V31 and yes the low verbal surprised me a little bit but I was thrilled about my Q score.

Hi Silviax,

Raising a 450 to a 590 is a significant achievement; with the additional study time that you have, I think that you have a good chance of hitting your 660+ score goal. As you continue to study, it's important to make each CAT you take as realistic as possible (so take the FULL CAT - with the Essay and IR sections, take it away from your home, at the same time of day as your Official GMAT, etc.). In addition, you should make sure to set aside the necessary time to do a full review of each CAT.

After reviewing this CAT, how many questions did you get wrong....
1) Because of a silly/little mistake?
2) Because there was some math/verbal that you just didn't know how to do?
3) Because the question was too hard?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
