Hi,
I was going through mba.com and I have a doubt with regard to below statement
"Your scores will be available to the programs that you selected to receive your scores while at the test center within 20 calendar days after testing. Schools that have chosen to receive only paper score reports will need more time to receive them by mail. If you choose to send additional score reports after completing the GMAT exam, those programs will receive your scores approximately seven calendar days after your score is reportable."
Are the test takers supposed to select the programs and universities they want their scores to reach, at the test center, during the exam day?

Yes, you fill out a small questionnaire before the exam estarts and you would include up to 5 schools if you want to take advantage of the 5 Free schools.
Otherwise, you will have to pay $28 to send the score reports to schools (or to send them if you have more than 5 you can send for free)

Is there any specific list of schools that one can send their Gmat Scores to or Just about any school that officially accepts GMAT will be listed there and all we need to do is select them ?
Pardon me but i could not get the part of your response which I have highlighted for your reference.
From what i gather, if you don't apply to 5 schools via this free facility and wish to apply later then you would have to pay $28 to send score report to each school and additional charges for each school application will apply.
