Being 8 yr old sucks.. u discover there's no Santa, school becomes a joke..and the girls have ponytails and talk incessantly about Barbie..while ignoring my mega Transformer. (my experience)

that forum is great for laughs... I don't know why people even BOTHER writing back to those crazy posters. Just wasting time since they'll revel in the thought that they made you take precious time out of your schedule to reply to them. I hate those people... (but they are funny, not intentionally).

that's why I love it here (like that's not repeated enough)... and I'm not coherent anymore because it's too late at night after driving 4 hours...

Things I have learned from BW:

Indians don't get into b-school. The ones I have met while visiting are obviously plants to give indians hope so they donate $200 and submit an application that goes in the round filing cabinet on the floor.

If you have a 710 then you aren't getting in because you dont have a 770.

No one but Sandy's clients get into Harvard or Stanford.

Start a thread about choosing between two schools and someone will say well its not HBS or Stanford so it doesnt matter because they are the only ones that are clearly superior to any other school in any respect.

But i definitelylove that gmat790 dude, he just cracks me up...unlike rankingsgod he is not passionate idiot and all, he just has fun...

BTW, some posters definitely add much value to readers and their posts are worth thoudsands of bucks...LBSgrad was one such, Linuxfan with all his sharp tongue is very good for european pov, recently watboy provides deep perspective to banking related discussion, Alex Chu , when it is not related with india or indian students, provides excellent impartial suggestion, hate it or love it Sandy's insights and honesty are amazing ( following his thread for almost four years)..


And yes, I love getsirius too...he is the best 8-)
