I think there is a problem in OA.
As per my knowledge, if we are talking about future in the past, we should use "would".
Since this sentence is talking about "viewed" (past tense), it cannot be "will".
I selected C looking at "will/would" issue.
Bad source, bad question. Only Official Source or Manhattan is the best.
