The Arthritis Research Institute of America advises women of color that they have twice the likelihood to get osteoarthritis of the knee as do White women.

A． that they have twice the likelihood to get osteoarthritis of the knee as do White women
B． that they are twice as likely as White women to get osteoarthritis of the knee
C． that their likelihood of getting osteoarthritis of the knee is twice as much as White women
D． of being twice as likely as White women to get osteoarthritis of the knee
E． of having twice the likelihood of getting osteoarthritis of the knee as White women

it takes me a long time to find out why d is wrong

advise sb doing somthing : you should do something
advise sb of something: inform you something, differentt meaning

D is not idomatic simply. but the idiom tested in d is rarely used.

this problem test rarely used idiom . this is not phylosophy of gmat sc. BAD QUESTION

A incorrect
twice the likelihood... is wrong

B correct
Twice as likely as.... is correct

C incorrect
illogical comparison

D incorrect
use of being is incorrect

E twice the likelihood is wrong

Hello,

it is my first time post in gmatclub, I hope that I can get help from you :)

for the option A if I correct it as below are they correct?

A1) that they have twice as likelyhood of getting osteoarthritis of the knee as do White women 
A2) that they have twice likelyhood that White women have
