Elite097, you are correct. I read the average temperature too from right side. 
C is also a probable answer. 

The question is being archived and we will create a better question out of it.

I agree with Elite097 . Option C is more probable. In the attachment of this comment is the graphs of the 3 possibilities. Sajjad1994 can you check it? I think the OA is wrong here, because first option changes too much the precipitation if compared with january and december; and the second option changes the temperature too much if compared with january and december; Option C temperature and precipitation seems reasonable if compared with january and december
