[quote="Subanta"]The cost of renovating a house can be dramatically cut by restructuring the interior with sturdy low-cost materials, rather than by simply making cosmetic changes with more expensive materials. Those contracting companies hired to undertake renovations, therefore, would save money by purchasing only sturdy, low-cost materials to use in their work.
The suggestion above rests on the assumption that
- people who hire contracting companies may choose what types of materials are used in their renovations
- any house can be successfully renovated using only expensive materials
- the cost of materials is the primary financial burden of a contracting company
- any renovation of a house can be accomplished by restructuring the interior with low-cost, sturdy materials
- not all houses need major renovations
here is my explaination by using rejecting method. Option A is out of scope, B seems right , but not metion in passage, C may be true, but I neagating it, it fails the argument, E is completely wrong. Only D obey the argument
