I have 69% in my Btech and Sauder required minimum 72%. Do you guys think that I should apply for Sauder MBA even if I am not meeting minimum requirements.

You should drop an email to the admissions department of Sauder. They would be the best person to guide you on this!

I agree with Abhimirage, but in my personal opinion I think you should apply. I have 67% in my UG, yet I am applying. I didn't check with the adcom. I attended an education fair where representatives from most other schools in Canada were present (Sauder was supposed to be there too, but they couldn't make it at the last minute), and the general advise from the adcom members were for me to apply. You have a good score, so you should consider applying.

It is unlikely they will "review" the app without the recos, them being integral components. Best to expedite your referrees! A rare chance to expedite up the ladder, don't lose it! Good luck! & don't forget to update your app status please, if not yet done.

I had contacted the Admission Committee a few days before I submitted the application and she said that my application would not be considered complete without a recommendation letter. So yes, it's required that your supervisor submit the letter, by the deadline you are targeting.

A small query :
In the uploaded docs section, I have uploaded the gmat official student copy report. (I had anyways requested scores to be sent to Sauder during GMAT)
But that report also has the list of 4 other schools, I have sent the scores to (during my GMAT)
Is that something a matter of concern ?
Should I remove that page from the document before uploading for any other school ?

I think you should not bother. The last thing schools would have time for in peak season is to check last of free schools on each gmat score report!
Just upload the candidate version, I'd say! :)
