It looks like a case of 3 scenarios:
A - 2 FEMALE BY 6 MALE = 4C2 * 8C2 = 168
B - 3 FEMALE BY 5 MALE = 4C3 * 8C3 = 224
C - 4 FEMALE BY 4 MALE = 4C4 * 8C4 = 70
TOTAL =462
