I don't get how #1 is a 'Yes'. If we're looking at it purely factually, the store has the #1 rank in five departments in online sales. So to say it has 3 is not correct. Wording needs to be improved IMO.

Official Explanation

Statement 1: In jewelry, shoes, and women’s apparel, the store ranks first in the state in both online and in-store sales.

Statement 2: The store has 27% of the sales in men’s apparel and 46% of the sales in women’s apparel, but without knowing the total sales figures for the state in both of those departments, it is impossible to determine exactly what percentage the store has of the total sales in both. However, since the store has less than half of the total sales in each, it definitely cannot have more than half of the total sales in both.

Statement 3: The store has a bigger share of the total sales in the state for online sales than for in-store sales, but without knowing the total number of both kinds of sales, it is impossible to determine whether the store actually made more sales online.
