Statement 1
If you see the circle highlighted in red is the Month where unemployment rate is greater than 2010.
So False.
Statement 2 : Median of April = 5.6+5.9/2 = 5.75
Median of May = 5.6+5.8/2 =5.70
Median of April is greater.
So True.
Statement 3:
Us unemployment rate is below than 5% is also in image highlighted in blue.

I believe Statement 2 could be rephrased as it made me think that the average of the whole year did not fall below 5%.
"Out of the years given, the U.S. unemployment rate fell below 5% only in 2006 and 2007."
This could be phrased as so:
"Out of the years given, in any given month, the U.S. unemployment rate fell below 5% only in 2006 and 2007."
"Out of the years given, the U.S. unemployment rate fell below 5% only in 2006 and 2007."
This could be phrased as so:
"Out of the years given, in any given month, the U.S. unemployment rate fell below 5% only in 2006 and 2007."
