Q1. Suppose each of the Prime Ministers of India tried their best to eliminate the number of cases of crimes in the country during their rule, the prime minister in the time period of ___________ was the most successful.

A. 1973-1978
B. 1978-1983

Refer to A1 in the figure attached, here its shows that all the types of crime decreased and therefore one can conclude that during this PM's tenure there were some measures taken to strengthen the law enforcement.
