The correct answer to this question is B. The correct sentence construction, which is used in answer choice B, is 'range from x to y.' This sentence is a great candidate for Slash-and-Burn, as you can see from the answer choices that you're being asked to select the correct transition between two entities. Consequently, you should thin out the descriptive language so that you can better test the transition: ...subjects that range from the role...to his handling.
