Volume of a rectangular solid is w*l*h
Now, l = 2l
w = 3w
h = 4h
New volume = 24wlh.
% change = 24wlh-wlh/wlh = 23*100 = 2300.
D is the answer

take l = 1, b=2 , h =3
so new l=2, b=6 , h = 12
so ( 2*6*12)- ( 1*2*3) / ( 6)
= 2300 IMO D
