The levels of lipids in the blood of people suffering from acute Cirrhosis is lower than that of the population generally, because the diseased condition of cirrhosis does not let liver absorb required quantities of fat from the foods and let it into the blood stream .Hypothetically, higher levels of blood fat is required at these junctures; However Doctors believe that keeping away from increasing blood fat levels is essential to effective treatment of cirrhosis

C it is. Below is my reasoning:
(A) The blood fat level for patients cured of acute Cirrhosis is on average the same as that for other normal people.
Cured people : Irrelevant, since the we need to figure out why blood fat is to be kept away from , for effective treatment of cirrhosis.
(B) Several symptoms of Cirrhosis have been have been detected in laboratory animals which have been fed with large doses of artificial fats, though the results were erratic and inconclusive.
No result of symptoms mentioned. Not relevant.
(D) People who have acute cirrhosis respond very slowly to dietary changes of food fats.
hence people should keep away from blood fat level? no. cant be "essential" for an efficient treatment.
(E) Acute Cirrhosis is a pre-cursor of many such dreaded diseases such as heart-attack and Kidney failure etc[/quote]
Clearly irrelevant!

Makes it ABSOLUTELY essential to keep away from blood fat. Correct choice.

Premise: In case of acute Cirrhosis, the level of blood fat decreases. High level of fat is required to overcome this situation.
Conclusion: High fat diet is not recommended in such a situation even if blood has low fat.
Prethinking Premise: We need to find a gap where high fat level food is not recommended even if the fat level in blood is low. In such type of questions, generally an assumption exists which will give proper reasoning about the conclusion. e.g. High fat level might cause some other disease if high level food is consumed.
(A) The blood fat level for patients cured of acute Cirrhosis is on average the same as that for other normal people. - Not relevant to the conclusion, just a fact and can be ignored
(B) Several symptoms of Cirrhosis have been have been detected in laboratory animals which have been fed with large doses of artificial fats, though the results were erratic and inconclusive. - We're not worried if animals/humans are consuming artificial fat or organic fat
(C) Mild affectation of Cirrhosis can lead to acute cirrhosis only when liver absorbs large quantities of fat from the patient’s blood stream . - This seems reasonable where the condition itself is caused by fat absorption from lever. In that case, if some person with Cirrhosis eat more fat, he/she might go into chronic state.
(D) People who have acute cirrhosis respond very slowly to dietary changes of food fats. - That seemed reasonable initially but even if a person respond slowly, he/she can make changes to his/her diet over time. So, the negation of this assumption doesn't break conclusion.
(E) Acute Cirrhosis is a pre-cursor of many such dreaded diseases such as heart-attack and Kidney failure etc - Not at all related to why more fat shouldn't be consumed.
