Hi All,
I have been having troubles activating the EP2 License which my friend has used only in his system and mine is the 2nd one.
It keeps saying that the license has already been used upon activation even though it's not. (Yes, I tried deactivating and checking).
It worked on 1 instance and showed the Exam 5 and Exam 6 options as per EP2, but they disappeared once I restarted my system and I can't seem to get them back anymore.
I read the posts on GMATCub and Other Forums and couldn't find much support.
I am using a MAC, but tried installing it on a Windows as well- both the places I get the same error and it's not activated in any.
Multiple fresh copies re-installed, still in vain.
Can you please provide some help regarding this? Have my GMAT in a couple of days.

I had a similar issue. I actually called them up right away and explained the situation. The representative could see that I had the exam packs installed on multiple system and asked me to uninstall from one of the system and then activate it again in another system. Maybe your friend had installed in multiple systems in the past and it wasn't uninstalled later on? Either way, if you are in a hurry, I would call them (instead of emailing) right away.
