I got c, but the listed answer key is e. Anyone agrees or disagrees with either?

I got c, but the listed answer key is e. Anyone agrees or disagrees with either?

"market" is singular, thus A, B, D are out. In C, is not it necessary to put comma --- "commodities, such as aluminum and other metals, remains..." ? I don't know whether punctuation is checked on GMAT or not and is this the reason to eliminate the wrong answer I can't find other problem in C

IMO E.

Intended meaning is more clear in E than in C.
Example of commodities is given as aluminum and other metals, whereas its the commodities made of aluminum and other metals.
E rightly "compares" the two commodities.

Summary: C is the best as per the expert in that forum.

e coz like is comparing commodities to commodities so alluminium is not commodity i guess???
