(A) $$10^2$$

(B) $$10^4$$

(C) $$10^6$$

(D) $$10^8$$

(E) $$10^{10}$$

$$(0.0001)^2=(1*10^{-4})^2=10^{-8}=10^{-2}*10^{-6}=0.01^10^{-6}$$
so $$(0.0001)^2=0.01*10^{-6}.........0.01=(0.0001)^2*10^6$$

We are asked to find out $$\frac{0.01}{(0.0001)^2}$$=$$\frac{10^{-2}}{(10^{-4})^2}$$=$$\frac{10^{-2}}{10^{-8}}=10^{-2+8}=10^6$$

We can create the equation:

0.01 = (0.0001)^2 x k

0.01/[0.0001 x 0.0001] = k

(10^-2)/(10^-8) = k

10^6 = k
