for eg: We received credit for all of our hard work. (Getting credit for hard work). 
Credit with: You credit someone WITH doing the thing that he/she did.

(D)  as  the ones who started the first civilization and...................Incorrect idiom + not parallel

(E)  with  starting the first civilization and.........................Correct Idiom & also starting is parallel to building
