The popular notion that teachers are generally apathetic about microcomputer technology is false, or at least dated: a recently published survey indicates that 86 percent of the 5000 teachers who responded to survey questionnaires expressed a high level of interest in microcomputers.

(B) it is, because as the argument says 5000 responded to the survey, and as per (B) teachers who were more interested in MicroComputers responded to the survey then the argument looses its ground, as there may be lots of teachers who were not interested and hence did not respond to the survey.
(A) is irrelevant, it doesn't matter whether they had any prior experience or not.
(C) irrelevant, subject experties!!!!!
(D) developments after the survey will only streghthen the argument rather than to weaken it.
(E) this could be a marginal one, one may argue that companies had thier questionier biased one, but still it is not the best weakener.

Popular belief: teachers apathetic to microcomputers
Author's argument: teachers are interested in microcomputers
NB: Author's argument relies solely on the results of the recent survey, therefore the easiest way to weaken author's argument is to challenge/find some flaw in the survey method.
